This gorgeous girl and her sweet little friends is MONA
Mona is wearing a designer papers dress from "Ültimate Crafts..Magnolia Road"
Image coloured with markers and a few pencils for shading..and there is that fabulous border die and a spotted ribbon threaded through..and lovely flowers from WOC..
I added a Birdcage die from Poppy Stamps and few more flowers...
