You can use this image for any number of occassions, the Sentiment is great for New Year, but why not use the image for a Birthday, a Christmas card or just thinking of Ewe card.
Here is my card
I have colored the image with copics, cut it out with Spellbinders die, and used some retired paper from Stampin Up for the base layer, and the other piece is from a Christmas Stack from DCVW. I have added a few gemstones, and a snowflake die as well from Memory Box.
